4. Calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate: https://www.active.com/fitness/calculators/bmr (Links to an external site.)
5. 30-minute walk or a YouTube video on your own
6. Submit a word or google doc with your BMI, BMR, and what, when, and how hard on a scale of 1-10 you did for your workout.
Complete this workout. It is about one hour long. You will need a couple of cans of food or one heavy object, a mat or towel and water.
