Positive messages will be delivered to the community as we respect everyone because they have their own strengths and we did not reduce anyone and get benefit from their experience.

All 3 candidates were qualified, they all had the required experience and education.

I would hire Lakisha Holt. This is because she has over the required experience level, as well as the education required.
(3) How does your decision impact the company as it relates to diversity and inclusion?
This decision would help to diversify the company because the company is dominated by white males, and Lakisha is likely a woman of color. Allowing her to have this position would help to both diversify the company statistics, but also get a more diverse viewpoint in how the company runs in order to increase inclusion.

My decision would send a message that minority groups can get important roles in this community, and it is not necessarily how long you have worked for, but whether you are qualified for the job.
