• Daily activities and plan of the facility management team.

• Work Order Form and how it works in the hotel.Attach a copy of the WOF.
• Enlist Safety and Fire prevention in place detailing all activities undertaken to prevent, and evacuation plan in place in case of an emergency.
• Based on your experience with the Facility Management team explain in detail what role the team plays in the maintenance,upkeep and safety of the property.
Give examples from the property of previous incidents. If no incidents reported then cite examples of a major hotel related incident from previous know cases.
