For the last 13 years load shedding has always been a serious issue in South Africa. It has affected individuals, companies and the South African economy in general. If care is not taken it will continue to cause job losses in South Africa, and will also continue to keep the country in the dark.

2. 1. From 1.1, design a recruitment advertisement of the people you will like to employ, in order to support your strategy in 1.1. (20)
3. Demonstrate how you will use the tripartite relationship in order to achieve this vision. (20)
