You must work with the Information Technology group to identify the activities that need to be included in the development of your project. Draft a memo to the Technology group of ReUp Education to outline your concerns and expectations for the development of the upcoming project, from a business perspective. This includes:
– A brief background of the project. (This was identified in an earlier presentation.)
– A list of the activities for which you are responsible. Outline these by the phase in the SDLC.
– A list of business constraints and / or expectations for the technology, providing reasons. (Review B4 and B9 Plug-ins)
– Recommendations for sourcing the project, providing reasons.
– A list of policies that need to be in place at startup, providing reasons
