In this exercise, you modify the Bowton Inc. application created in Chapter 16’s Exercise 12. If you did not complete that exercise, you will need to do so before you can complete this exercise. Use Windows to copy the Bowton Solution folder from the ClearlyVB2012 Chap16 folder to the ClearlyVB2012Chap17 folder. Open the Bowton Solution (Bowton Solution.sln) file contained in the ClearlyVB2012Chap17Bowton Solution folder. Change the Sub procedure that calculates the federal withholding tax to a function. Also include two additional functions: one to calculate the gross pay and one to calculate the FICA tax. Save the solution and then start and test the application. Close the Code Editor window and then close the solution.
