Warm-up Activity 3.2
Avoiding plagiarism, intentional or nonintentional, is an essential part of academic integrity. You have the responsibility to read, understand, and apply the Northcentral University Academic Integrity Policy. You can find the policy in this week’s Books & Resources. Be sure to adhere to its principles when preparing your work. If you have any questions about applying these principles do not hesitate to ask your instructor.
Assignment
Prepare a paper introducing your problem (Risk factors for Sexual Offenders and the community) and clearly stating the importance of the issue for the population you have selected. This paper will culminate the research you have conducted so far, combining information gleaned in Weeks 1 and 2, with at least five additional references from peer-reviewed journals published in the past five years. Any feedback given by your faculty member on the first two assignments will be reflected here. The resulting product will be a standalone paper, which introduces your problem and states the importance of your problem in general, particularly as it relates to the population you selected.
Length: 4-5 pages, not including title and reference pages.
Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
